Terms/Agreement for Artists
By accepting this commission you grant me, the commissioner nonexclusive noncommercial rights to distribute and sublicense for distribution, your works that were commissioned by the commissioner and, works involving the commissioner's characters including, but not limited to, Der and/or Deragon. The commissioner will provide proper attribution, including a link back to the original source if possible. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this commission.

The reasoning behind the above is to allow me to post commissioned artwork in a gallery, this does not limit your rights as an artist.
